HomeSource east tennessee applies the most rigorous accounting standards to ensure the financial health of the organization.
While donations only make up a small amount of our overall revenue, they are critical to being able to programs like supportive senior care and financial education, which do not generate the revenue to support themselves.
Our grant funders for 2025-2026 include NeighborWorks America, HUD, Truist, US Bank, Regions, First Horizon, Old National Bank, Pinnacle Financial Partners, Commercial Bank, East Tennessee Foundation and others. We could not provide for our customers without their willingness to support this community.
Our funders entrust us to be good stewards of their funding and we deliver, with 85 cents of every dollar going into programs.
