Ascend Financial is a 501(c)(3) community lending entity (CLE) created by HomeSource east tennessee in 2025. Our mission is straightforward: provide fair, affordable lending options for individuals, families, and communities that have been left out of the traditional banking system.

Ascend Financial was awarded a Technical Assistance grant from the U.S. Treasury's CDFI Fund, and CDFI certification is currently in progress.
