Last year, HomeSource purchased the building next door to the main office to house our maintenance and development staff.   The staff is working diligently to transform it into a modern office space.

This before picture shows the front left corner of the hollowed-out building.

Here we see the same corner, being transformed into a small conference room.

The office area, pre-rehab, is an open, empty space.  Noticed the caution tape to the right.

Post-rehab, it is transformed in to a functional workspace for multiple staff.

Remember the caution tape?  That area has now been framed, plumbed, wired and tiled on its way to a fully functional bathroom.
